These two nerds are totally awesome!
The valedictorian of New Jersey's Centenary College Emily Hawley proposed to her boyfriend Josh Walker during their graduation!
All I this time I thought rallying is the only gimmick that you can do on that momentous event just to be noticed, like some UP Diliman students did on 2008 Graduation Ceremonies wherein they rallied.
Back to the nerd couple. Emily and Josh were also competing for the top honor which is the valedictorian but according to Josh he got an A minus so he was not able to go further. So that gives Emily an edge over her boyfriend.
I think this couple will have awesome nerd kids.
