It is really difficult to invite people who will be your future brethren. I say difficult because you have to really screen out everything from his academic background, to his social life. To really decipher whether ot not he truly deserves the title of being a DeMolay.
I personally sent my invitations with my personal testimonies to some Facebook friends whom I know. I hope to get positive responses from these chosen-few boys.
